Clicking Guide - Aim Training

There are different sub-categories within clicking. I will go over each one explaining what they help with and how to improve. Clicking in general gives great improvements to mouse control, reading targets movements, flicking, speed and accuracy when aiming.
Dynamic Clicking
With dynamic clicking the targets are moving. This means you have to learn how to read target movements. You have to confirm you are actually on target before you click the left mouse button. The better you get at reading the movements, the higher your accuracy will be. Most representative of targets in real games. Because they also move in unpredictable ways.
Tips:
Get used to the scenarios to get better at reading the movement of the bots.
Targets move randomly but there is always a pattern / same speed / same size.
Hit the targets moving in the same direction that are closest together, preferably in clusters
Hit targets on the same horizontal line.
I try to flick a tiny bit ahead of where the bot is moving so it moves into my crosshair. That way I have to do less microadjustments.
Stay near the center, so you reduce the total amount you have to move your arm to aim.
Focus on actually being on target before clicking your left mouse button.
Focus on the larger more predictable motions of the bot and react to the smaller changes.
For targets that are moving in one smooth motion like bounce scenarios or popcorn scenarios
I find it easiest to hit the target as it is at the peak of going up, or just about to go down. Or as they are going up at a steady pace.
It’s hardest to hit them as they are falling down.
I try to stay on the same horizontal line and hit everything that crosses that line.
Static Clicking
In static clicking scenarios the targets aren’t moving. There are no reading skills needed for this. It is pure raw aim and micro-adjustments. Getting better at static clicking is finding a perfect balance between accuracy and speed. Even though in real games the targets tend to move. Getting better at static clicking greatly improves your flicking accuracy, micro adjustments and mouse control.
Tips
My opinion is as follows:
Initially focus on accuracy over speed.
You can increase speed when you have great accuracy.
Slow is smooth smooth is fast
You need to be able to make the movement perfectly before you speed up.
Initially scores will get worse. Then it will get better again.
Try to underflick rather than overflick to reduce the total distance you have to move your mouse.
Try to flick towards the nearest targets, and focus on clusters of targets together. When there is a cluster together you can increase your speed a lot. While taking more time on targets that are further away.
Flick fast with arm, micro-adjust with wrist. (obviously depending on your sensitivity)
Linear Clicking
Linear clicking is a new sub-category in the KovaaKs season 5 benchmarks. But there have always been scenarios like this. It is a middle ground between static clicking and dynamic clicking. The bots are moving so you do need reading skills. But they move in predictable ways. The same speed, the same direction.
Tips
A lot of tips from static and dynamic clicking apply.
I personally always overflick slightly in these scenarios in the direction the bot is going. This way it moves into my crosshair automatically because it travels in a consistent pattern. I also try to aim for targets moving in clusters or going in the same direction and staying as much in the center as possible.
