**I have wanted to do this video ever since I first heard this song and I finally broke down and bought "Home of the Brave" after failed attempts to collect clips. I absolutly love this song, it brings tears to my eyes and I wanted to try my hardest to do the song justice, this is the HARDEST I've ever worked on a video ever**

AU/AR: Basically follows the lyrics exactly. But key points, Lucas asks Brooke to marry him but has to go off to war. Karen (Lucas's mom) asks Brooke to wear her wedding dress and she accepts. The one military man you see is one of Lucas's best friends and he died in his arms. And in the end Brooke realizes it is all a dream and Lucas comes home and they have a son Jamie and the ending scene is 4 years after he returns from war.
