Somewhere in rural Poland I find myself :) had an itch to make a video and thought I would scratch it! Been wanting to share or take notes of some of the (often somatic) practices I've been leaning on to help me lately. Not mentioned here are journalling, massage, affirmations. All kinda linking very loosely back to chakras though which I really feel I experience in my day to day life. Also I talk about creativity, the creative drive and writing. Finally at the end i make up a poem ! Kinda liked it idk 🤍 Like the short form vid hehe
