The LA-112A active speaker is the basis for the ELIPSIS® line array package. This model is a self-amplified mid/hi flying enclosure. Portability without forgetting the performance that has characterized the ELIPSIS® line arrays is inherent in its design.
A 12 inch, 300 Watt RMS speaker, a Neodymium high frequency driver coupled to an ICOPLA wave guide, and an advanced class H amplifier, form a high performance, lightweight and compact enclosure suitable for fixed installations with medium throw requirements.
The line array should be up of at least four flying enclosures per side in order to achieve the optimum cylindrical wave coverage. Accompanied by the LAB-118A / LAB-118P active and passive ELIPSIS® subwoofers for the lower frequencies and the Auric® DSP 2.6 processor, the LA-112A system is a powerful compact package.
