Day 23 of the 31 Day Meditation Challenge
This meditation is inspired by wabi-sabi, a Japanese philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection, impermanence, and things being unfinished. It’s a gentle invitation to soften your relationship with yourself and with life, exactly as it is right now.
Rather than striving for clarity or perfection, this meditation offers space to rest in what’s incomplete and in process. Ideal if you’ve been feeling pressure to have things figured out, or if you’re learning to be kinder toward your own imperfections.
Suitable for beginners
Supports self-acceptance & perspective
Part of the 31 Day Meditation Challenge, with a new meditation released daily throughout January.
