So nearly five years after The Last of Us 2 and its ending we've already got confirmation that The Last of Us Part 3 is very likely coming from Naughty Dog as Neil Druckmann creator of The Last of Us confirmed in the Grounded II Documentary that there’s one more chapter to the story of The Last of Us which will be The Last of Us Part 3! Naughty Dog is working on multiple single-player projects notably Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet! "The Last of Us 3" will likely have the return of Abby and Ellie. The Last of Us 2 ending clearly to me sets up The Last of Us Part III the sequel. Neil just recently said in a lengthy interview largely centered around The Last of Us TV series. Where the outlet asked him about the prospect of The Last of Us Part 3. Druckmann responded with quite the shut-down: “I was waiting for this question,” he said, sighing. “I guess the only thing I would say is don’t bet on there being more of ‘Last of Us.’ This could be it.” This could mean there's a chance The Last of Us Part 3 may not happen! Remember The Last of Us 2 director Neil Druckmann has talked about its potential and that there is a plot written for The Last of Us 3. He doesn't yet have a story planned out for a sequel, but he does "have a concept" for another game that will be its own thing, but will also "act like a through-line for all three" Can we get 2000 Likes?
