[IMPORTANT TAKE] Uranus and Saturn are unhappy or not surprised about the fact that they're gaining rings. because the giants knew what forms a ring, and it was considered shameful for killing moons. the giants (EXCEPT URANUS AND ZEUS) care so much about their moons even if they didn't show it, but they pretty much do in the future!
The others' reactions are not that active here because of the pressure. so they had no choice but to stay silent, just like Hades mentioned. i mean like, can you imagine the pressure to even react when the people you fear are around you?
Theia faked her personality. that is why she was never sad, angry, or unhappy. as you can see, the one time she actually feel scared is when Poseidon threatened her that he could've destroyed them the rocky planets and when it's shown that Hades is going to be ejected out.
to clear things up, yes, the planets have their own power. however, they never figured out about it. that is why Proto Earth is confused when he accidentally woke Hermes up by healing him. [ only the giants knew about their powers. the rocky planets never discovered theirs. ]

and yes, even in the future or current timeline, they still have their powers, they just don't use it too often. for example, since Saturn forgot about the events that happened in the past, and because he surely can't ask anyone about it, he uses his power to look into the past. but it's all fuzzy, dark, and he couldn't hear sounds when he looked deep into the past.
