Boreraig Out & Back, Isle of Skye

A short 8 mile ride over to the abandoned village of Boreraig on the Isle of Skye. It’s a lovely route, with some very nice views throughout. This was in early November, so things were getting rather wet, but to be honest I don’t mind that at all. Just have the right gear.

I came back the way I went in, but there is a coastal path that you can continue along to make a circuit, so I’ll add that to my ever-lengthening list of Skye mountain biking routes.
