I wrote down every single part that I bought for this car and made a list and added everything up. this will give you an idea of what you are in for if you want to buy one of these cars and upgrade it. For $400 you can buy a lot better of an RC car. but if what you specifically want is to buy this car and upgraded then yes I absolutely one-hundred-percent recommended it. I have had a blast upgrading this car. As of right now this is my favorite RC car that I've ever had.
