Afternoon Rush-Hour-Railfanning Finale 2021 - Express GO Trains & VIA Rail in Port Credit!

Welcome to the final Rush-Hour-Railfanning episode of 2021! Similarly to the final morning rush hour video, I went around Port Credit to film the afternoon rush hour! I filmed in 4 different locations: Stavebank Road level crossing which is just west of Port Credit GO, on the platform at Port Credit GO, and in Lakeview I visited Alexandra Avenue and Ogden Avenue level crossings, which are about 100m apart. This session was filmed on Friday October 1, 2021.

In this video, I saw so many amazing trains. Overall, I filmed 24 trains in two hours and a half! I filmed 5 express trains, four of them heading to Hamilton GO Centre, and one all the way to Niagara Falls. I filmed two GO Train doubleheaders: the first being MP40 630&621, and the second being all metrolinx MP54 682 & MP40 615! I also got two leading old cabs, 252 with 646 and 256 with 674! I didn't forget about the VIA trains, catching 3 of them express through the area.

The express trains were quite slow through Port Credit GO which was a little disappointing. But they made up for it by flying through Lakeview, especially the final express catch that had a meet with an eastbound VIA train!
