my BIGGEST lesson from being molested.

Hey im Nicole Poulton :) In this video I tell a story from my childhood of being molested on Christmas Day. I talk about the number one thing I learned from the 10 years I was sexually abused.
I chose to keep the details out so its not graphic in anyway. However, if you are easily triggered by things like this, id take caution or skip this video all together. The lesson I learned is applicable to anyone and everyone and I think it's very important.

I have done a lot of therapy and personal development to get to where I am now and being able to talk about these experiences feels extremely important. I know so many of us have being abused sexually and we feel we can not talk about it. Im choosing to use my platform to help those without a voice.
