Here is my performance of "The Neva Flows" from the Alluvion Stage Company's September 2024 production of ANASTASIA, featuring the brilliant Bella Burke as Anastasia. This character was filled with complexity, brutality, fear, regret, care, and, perhaps most painfully, hope. This song is our introduction to much of his backstory and his mission, and adding the layers of him warning her and navigating the sudden flood of memories was a beautiful challenge. Thank you to our terrific audiences and each cast and crew member who helped bring this to life!
