🇩🇪 Cab Ride 1962: Peat railway Industrial Narrow Gauge Museum Erica 1/8/2019

Today Cabview Heritage fell in love with the peat railway in Erica. Not only because this railroad is still at its original location but you can eat poffertjes here! The fantastic team of volunteers, old and young, keep this historic location in full glory. Among the collection of 100 engines, some have never left this site since the founding of the peat factory in 1910. If you visit the Netherlands, don't just stay in Amsterdam, but come to this more than 3 kilometer long railway line. Children can learn how to drive a real locomotive here and get their train driver's diploma! How wonderful is that? Today we are riding on engine 12, a Diema DS28 from 1962, on a 900mm track.
