• ½ cup fresh parsley (packed)

• 3–4 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 2 tsp dried)
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more if you like heat)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
