I share a recipe of "Jelly Punch" made of colorful jewel-like jellies 😃
"Jelly Punch" is famous dessert served in a cafe "Café Soirée" in Kyoto.
It is a cool and refreshing dessert perfect for the summer !
You can arrange the colors and flavors of the jellies as you like.
I poured some soda pop, but you can also use cider or champagne!
[Ingredients]
■Blue■
5g gelatin powder (soak in 15ml of water)
1tbsp of sugar
250ml butterfly pea tea
■Purple■
5g gelatin powder (soak in 15ml of water)
1tbsp of sugar
235ml butterfly pea tea
15ml lemon juice
■Red■
5g gelatin powder (soak in 15ml of water)
1tbsp of sugar
235ml water
15ml sakura liqueur
■Green■
5g gelatin powder (soak in 15ml of water)
1tbsp of sugar
235ml water
15ml mint liqueur
■Yellow■
5g gelatin powder (soak in 15ml of water)
1tbsp of sugar
200ml water
50ml sakura liqueur
