Intrusive thoughts are just the neurons in your nervous system discharging excess energy. There’s energy that wants to get out of your field and it’s shooting off this intense lightning bolt to release it quickly.

It doesn’t have to mean anything, whether it’s intrusive thoughts or other looping mind narratives, yet we keep ourselves imprisoned through stories/sensations of fear and guilt.
