Give yourself time, affirmation, and appreciation.
this online retreat experience is aimed at mums, parents, and other busy people.
What you will need:
The Love yourself Mama guide, or a notebook, and a pen.
Something to mindfully eat: e.g. chocolate, strawberries, grapes, cucumber. One or two pieces, or more!
Oil for hand massage. Organic sunflower oil is ideal, or organic vegetable oil of any kind. Hand cream will do if you don't have oil.
A hand towel to wipe off excess oil, and to rest your hands on.
Layer up the wellbeing:
Get cushions and blankets to be comfortable.
Dim the lights, or perhaps switch up on some fairy lights if you have some.
Light a scented candle, or burn some essential oils.
Have some nice nibbles and a drink (cold/hot/fizzy/nourishing).
Have some fiddle objects or something nice to hold, if you want.
You might like to get ready for bed before the session, so you can drift off to sleep.
