Battlefront is a first-person shooter video game based on the Star Wars films. Released in September 2004, it was the first game in the Star Wars: Battlefront series and coincided with the release of the Star Wars Trilogy DVD set. The gameplay is a "conquest game" but you can also play other modes like "Historical Campaign", "Galactic Conquest", and "Instant Action".
