Timemore do not recommend changing the burrs as they probably worry about the challenges that people might face in regards to alignment of the burrs and the calibration of the grind dial. However, as you can see from the video, it is simple if you take it one step at a time 💯

The most important thing is to pay attention to set the two bow shaped engravings and align them with the two raised screws. Otherwise, your will find the burrs touching two early while you are re-attaching the grind dial.
