Welcome to the definitive guide for GTA: Liberty City Stories. This is The Perfect Run, a series dedicated to achieving 100% Completion with high-quality, streamlined gameplay. In this episode, Toni Cipriani goes on a drive-by style shooting spree in the Side-Mission: 9mm Mayhem.

Episode 3: 9mm Mayhem
Mission Overview: Toni must "Eliminate more than 10 targets for a new high score!" within 3 minutes 30 seconds as a motorcycle passenger.

Mission Notes:
This mission's definition of "Target" and "Kills", both of which are: Each mission-spawned vehicle's occupant(s) - these vehicles are identified with a red arrow
Mount the Freeway parked in the alley in the Red Light district
An NPC takes over as the driver
Toni is equipped with a MAC-10, infinite ammo, no worry of reloading, and 3 Adrenaline Pills
11 Targets (Yardie's) must be eliminated consecutively for Mission Passed to occur
It is not required to destroy the Yardie's vehicle, only the Yardies themselves
If the Freeway is destroyed, Toni is not Wasted, but the mission ends
Be mindful of your aim, Toni can shoot and kill his own driver, which will end the mission
Upon completion of 9mm Mayhem, activating it again does not add to the Mission Attempts stat counter
Targets include (in the following order): PCJ-600 (driver only), Yardie Lobo (driver only), Stinger, Bobcat , and Patriot

Strategy: Use short, controlled bursts when possible, as the MAC-10 is very inaccurate. Headshotting the driver can save time as opposed to spraying the vehicle in order to destroy it. Due to the erratic nature of Toni's NPC driver, luck is part of this mission, at least for higher targets.

Series Goals (The "Perfect Run" Standards): This series isn't just a playthrough; it’s a roadmap to 100% completion using raw footage (only save/load screens are cut out). Every video features:
✅ 0 Hospital Visits/Times Busted/Cheats Used
✅ Least amount of Mission Attempts
✅ Minimal blunders
✅ Unique/Special vehicles acquired when appropriate
✅ Clean, high-bitrate footage for the best viewing experience

This is MY complete, recorded series documenting every step required for 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. All footage is captured from start to finish, culminating in the final video where the in-game stats screen is shown to verify completion. The only edits are cuts to remove loading and saving screens for a clean, uninterrupted viewing experience.
