Hello Everyone! I am so excited to be back with you! During the last 2 years I have been focused on writing, creating, inventing, and developing health and fitness programs. Now my goal is to share the personal strategies that I use in my own life with you through recipes, exercises, spiritual insights, and developing a success thought process.
Today I am starting with a healthy and simple breakfast.
Here are the ingredients:
Scrambled Eggs in Water
4 Eggs
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
Cheese
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Black Pepper
Salt
1 cup distilled water
Oatmeal
4 cups distilled water
1 cup steel cut oatmeal
Ron Williams Liquid Mineral Drops
Cinnamon
Monk fruit
