In this video I adjust the chain tension on a 2001 Kawasaki KLR650. The chain has some tight and loose parts throughout the wheel's rotation. Make sure you have at least 2" of free play when the chain is at the tight part of its rotation. The manual states that the chain should have 2" to 2.4" of free play. Thanks for watching!
