GUE Vice President Dorota Czerny is joined by Dr. Ulrik Christensen, GUE Board Member, co-author of the Mastery book, and a globally recognized leader in learning architecture and adaptive education. With a background in medicine and more than three decades designing advanced learning systems for high-performance teams, Ulrik brings a unique lens to how divers build skill, confidence, and real-world capability. He’s also an experienced GUE diver with extensive CCR, DPV, and technical training.

Together, they explore what mastery truly means in diving—how it’s formed through deliberate practice, adaptability, and a mindset that helps divers stay effective when environments shift.
