目前香港賽馬會於香港和從化均設有馬場，但其實位於上水的雙魚河鄉村會所及騎術學校，亦擁有豐富歷史故事，它是繼跑馬地馬場後香港第二個馬場，亦曾於2008年奧運舉行馬術項目—越野障礙賽，讓我們與香港史學會理事施志明博士一同探索這個極具歷史意義的地方。
