Can you cook a Gammon Joint in the Air Fryer?

Today i cooked a gammon joint in the air fryer. This was wo much easier than i thought and the results blew me away. Use this for a roast dinner or even instead of sandwich ham if you cut it nice and thin, which make it a fraction of the price of prepackaged ham.
