This is my second attempt at trying to make a color palette that's supposed to resemble that of a real handheld screen. The first attempt was based on the Nintendo DS Lite's lcd screen and this video on the Gameboy Advance SP's front-lit screen. I started this because I thought it was really cool that Retroarch has Gameboy shaders for emulators to make it look like the real deal (colors, grid, motion blur etc.) and I wanted to make a shader like that for my Gameboyplayer footage too.
The gameplay footage are from the following games:
