This requires not only effort and will power, but also considerable knowledge of how muscles and the body work and respond to exercise. This knowledge is what we are after in this series.

In the first episode, I introduce all the concepts and terminology that you will need for the rest of the series. The remaining 6 episodes focus on different muscle groups, showing all the possible exercises and variations to target the specific muscles, with pro and cons and other tips and lessons.

Watching the first episode first will help you better understand the terminology of the other 6. So I recommend starting with episode 1, and then the other episodes can be watched at random.
