A short video showing two Smiths Mantel Clocks from the 1950's AFTER conversion. I always try to keep the clocks looking as much like they did BEFORE the conversion to battery. I have fabricated fastenings for both these clocks on the 3D printer to re-use their original case backs to HIDE the new quartz movement. The WINDER on the clock on the left is FAKE to keep it looing authentic. BOTH clocks have their ORIGINAL hands - they are all re-worked to fit the new battery movements.
