Convert From Square Taper to Hollowtech II Bottom Bracket/Crankset

How to remove square taper bottom bracket/cranks and install a Shimano Hollowtech II bottom bracket and crankset. The bottom bracket is a Shimano Ultegra 6800 (BBR60). Most Hollowtech II bottom brackets will require a Park Tool BBT-9 or BBT-19 tool, or equivalent. Due to the smaller diameter bearings/cups of the BBR60, I needed the newer Park Tool BBT-59.
Benefits are the bb is lighter, stiffer, and allows for larger sealed bearings.
