Best Vex Minion Build in Borderlands 4 (no crit knife)

Hey Vault Hunters! This is my end game level 50 Vex Clone Build for Borderlands 4. In my opinion this is the best way to build her Dead Ringer action skill (best minion build) for the best consistency and least gear dependent. No crit knife required!! For boss kills it will be a bit more dependent as you go up in Ultimate Vault Hunter Rank.
