Month 2 of Summit Acreage is in the books, and it’s been a mixed bag of results.

Mailer performance: response rate was lower than expected (1.5% vs 2%), but the closed offer rate crushed it at 4.6%.
Early indications of profit per deal (~$1,500+), though still too early to lock in numbers.
And at the time of this recording — three purchase agreements were already at the title company.
