Growatt SPF 3000 and Solar Assistant

Lately I have become increasingly impatient with the Growatt communication dongle and the ShinePhone app. It is notorious for disconnecting and then being very stubborn to reconnect to the inverter and internet for remote monitoring. So recently I decided to give Solar Assistant a try. So far this has been stable and very easy to connect and use for remote monitoring. It can also be used with many other inverters besides Growatt such as MPP-Solar, Deye, Sol-Ark and SunSynk.

You can also connect directly to your EG4 Battery BMS and many others with RS485 communications including EG4, and PylonTec.
