The first flight of my freshly restored TAXI 1 took place last year on a lake.
At the beginning of this year, the model got a real chassis. Now it was obvious to take a few shots on "solid ground" as a supplement to the first flight video.
In order to do justice to Graupner's legendary TAXI I, I chose a real airfield as a film location.
The pictures were taken in the evening around the summer solstice.
In the video you can clearly see that the inner adjustment ring of the front axle had 😊 shifted.
Now the following, just for the sake of good order:
Please stay away from airfields or airports with your model aircraft or drones and observe the prescribed minimum distances. In this video, the airfield was closed to manned aircraft due to model aircraft operations.
