In this video Petitioner challenged the process of the appointment of Astt. Grade 3 in the district establishment. Petitioner submitted that in this appointment the reservation roaster was not fulfilled. In the preliminary stage of selection they are not followed the reservation roaster. The Petitioner submitted that the unreserved category are open for all the category. The Reserve Category if thy got more marks than General category then the reserve category comes under unreserved category, which is not followed in this selection process. while the State submitted that on the preliminary stage they are not followed this. But at the stage of final merit list they were followed the reservation roaster.
