Apple 🍎, Cranberry, and Onion Stuffing

Here is a delicious stuffing that I learned from working in a local restaurant.
I make it each year to go with my roast turkey or with my roast pork dishes .
One onion
One stock of celery
One apple all of these are diced
One stick of butter, sautéed the above . Put the lid on low and slow until the vegetables in the apple become a little softened.
One bag of Pepperidge farm cubed stuffing
1 quart of turkey stock
Put in a 13 x 9 pan . Or you can stuff your bird or pork roast.
I make this ahead of time and put in my refrigerator or freezer .
On the day of baking it once it’s thawed I l ladle on 2 to 3 ladles of drippings from the turkey or the pork roast.
I bake at 375 for about 30 minutes until the top is crispy brown .
Yes, I am making this on Sunday putting it out in my freezer for Thursday for Thanksgiving .
