There are SO many ways to preserve tomatoes, but there are simple options and that's why tomatoes are one of my favorites! In this video, I discuss homemade Rotel tomatoes (what I think are the most satisfying thing to have canned), canning just tomatoes, and freezing tomatoes to use later--a time saver for sauce!
