I recently made a purchase in the high performance truck segment. While I am no stranger to Ford's mid-size trucks, I had a tough choice on my hands between the full-size F-150 Raptor and the mid-size Ranger Raptor. Both are incredible baja trucks with over 400hp (RR - 405HP and FR - 450HP) and class leading Fox Live Valve suspension. However, there are some major differences stemming from the platform that they are each built on. At brand new prices, a prospective buyer might not be cross-shopping these two trucks, but the used market brings the two a lot closer!
