Valencia Marathon 2023 - My Proudest Ever Run

Come on!! Valencia Marathon 2023 was incredible.. follow along today to see all the action from the race. This one means so so much, thank you for all the support!! Never give up your dreams!

Since breaking my ankle combined with some mental health issues, one of my goals has been to run a sub 2:40 and get back on the London Marathon Championship start line again. Two days before the accident I ran a qualifying time and had dreamed of one day doing that again.

What followed was 3 1/2 years of really difficult times, then after yet another disaster with my running at UTMB, Sarah and I went away to re-think everything and what you see today is the result of some very hard work over the last 3 months.
