NHL '94 Franchise League (1997) - Crusaders (IAmDroot) at Sharks (Len) {Genesis} - Game 42

Len the Lengend is back at the Shark Tank for Game 42 of the regular season! It is January 1, 2026, and we are facing one of the most difficult challenges in the league: the Cleveland Crusaders, controlled by IAmDroot.

Facing Droot is always a battle because his roster is absolutely stacked with elite talent. We are playing on our custom NHL '94 ROM for the Sega Genesis, featuring the full 1997 season rosters and player attributes.

For most of the game, the Sharks played incredible defensive hockey. We were lucky enough to keep the powerhouse Crusaders at bay, holding onto a 2-2 tie deep into the third period. Cleveland was definitely "snake bit" for a while, missing several wide-open chances and hitting posts that kept us in the hunt. However, the talent gap finally showed in the final minutes as Cleveland busted out two quick goals to seal a 4-2 victory.
