After the concert in Utrecht, the Netherlands, they continued with another one in Brussels, Belgium, the southern neighbour.

Radioactivity got extended again during the instrumental part. Originally it only had a pluck bass in it. In Leipzig '91 or in Munich '91, it got replace by an acid bass, but in Ludwigsburg '91 it got added back and they extended the instrumental part for an acid bass section.
Now, they added another section with a synthy geiger counter. Ralf also did choir improvisations during this section, but stopped doing that in 1997. During the soundcheck in Utrecht '91, they experimented intensively with the instrumental part of Radioactivity which indicates that the extension of the song wasn't a spontaneous decision.
Unfortunately, they forgot to readd the cities robovox sequence after the instrumental part, so, Florian had to activate that sequence manually in an unhandy manner.

One of Belgium's official languages is French, thus, Ralf sang Pocket Calculator entirely in French. The venue, Ancienne Belqigue, has balconys. At one point, Florian can be seen moving far away from the main stage to let the audience at the balcony press on his handheld sampler. In Music Non Stop, Ralf's jazz riff makes a short appearance.

In late 2022, FUBUKI 3-6-9's channel got terminated due to supposed copyright infringement. This was a devastating throwback since his channel included remasters of audio and video material from artists including Kraftwerk. Some of his content can be recovered via Wayback Machine which I already did. Those non-recoverable uploads that are downloaded by others are most likely not lost. Others are sadly gone forever. I reuploaded many of his Kraftwerk remasters (mostly on the Internet Archive) since he put big effort into them and they show high improvements compared to the raw material.

Previously, I only covered his audio remasters. Two years ago, I used the audio of his Brussels 1991 video remaster as a base for my audio enhancement (which ended up miserably). Few months ago, I thought about the possibility that I still have his video remaster saved, but couldn't find it even with a disk scanning software. Then, I checked Wayback Machine and found it in a snapshot. Originally, its video quality was 1080p60, but I could only get the 720p30 version which is unlucky though still better than the raw quality.

The video footage of Brussels 1991 is a heavy calibre when it comes to remastering. The image is decent, but the audio is extremely rough. FUBUKI 3-6-9's remaster is a major improvement to the original video, so, I have decided to upload this one too, a video remaster this time.

No changes have been made to the video. Only the audio needed further enhancements. I restored the bass frequencies, extended the high frequency range slightly though I made them less rough as well, and variated both stereo channels further because the waveform dynamic is low and the tones could only be made more distinquishable through this technique. The quality is still not truely good, but at least it got more listenable and enjoyable.
