This video is all about headaches at night and the rarely known hypnic headaches.
Whenever we are waking up at night with hypnic headaches there are a few key factors we want to be aware of including:
Circadian rhythms
Blue light exposure
Blood sugar balance
Caffeine Intake
Rebounding medication
Working out or stress too late
We want to make sure we support our sleep with:
Controlled breathing exercises
Direct sunlight for 15-20 minutes each day
Avoiding sleeping in whenever possible
Sleeping in blackout conditions
Keeping the room temperature cool but warming hands and feet
Getting a sleep study if we have any issues above and beyond these corrections.
