Plot Summary:
When scientists discover that a giant meteor is on a collision course with Earth, chaos erupts across the globe. But deep in the streets of Los Angeles, a different kind of battle is brewing. A dangerous cult leader (played by Mario Van Peebles) believes the apocalypse is divine will — and kidnaps the only scientist who can stop it.
Now, a hardened criminal (Ice-T) and a desperate FBI agent (Suzy Amis) must form an uneasy alliance to rescue the scientist and save humanity before time runs out. Explosions, betrayals, and street-wise action collide in this fast-paced ‘90s thriller.
