Today’s vlog is such a fun, full, festive day; a mix of Christmas shopping with Matt, my full weight-training routine, cosy pastries, real-life mum moments, and a very honest, very realistic What I Eat in a Day. It’s one of those perfectly imperfect days that just feels so December. 🎄✨

• Maple & pecan pastries at Ole & Steen...unreal 🤤
• Lunch at Joe & The Juice + cosy chats
• A little car argument (lol) and picking up Matt’s kids from school 🚗😅
• Smuggling presents into the house without the kids noticing 🎁
• Cosy evening vibes: pyjamas, PR unboxings & our Ocado delivery
• Jonathan ordering pizza + a cosy movie night by the Christmas tree 🍕🎄
• A heart-to-heart about recovery, balance, and how far I’ve come - 6 years healed 🩷✨

It was such a real, full, festive day. Nothing “perfect,” nothing curated...just normal life, Christmas magic, and a whole lot of balance. I hope it makes you feel cosy, calm, and a little less alone on the days that don’t go exactly to plan. 🤍✨
