Performing a full maintenance service on my Indian Roadmaster—oil change, K&N air filter cleaning, and belt tension check—all done using the GlideLift Adapter on a 2-post automotive lift. This setup gives full access, excellent stability, and makes garage maintenance dramatically easier.
In this video:
I use Motul 5100 15W50 4T—a premium ester-based synthetic blend oil.
Replace the oil filter with a K&N KN-175.
Clean and re-oil my K&N high-flow air filter.
Adjust the final drive belt.
The bike is secured in a Lock’N Load wheel chock on the GlideLift platform.
If you ride a heavyweight touring bike like the Indian Roadmaster and already have a 2-post lift, this setup is a game changer for home maintenance.
