After a month of design and many months of testing, my first custom attachment for my Snowcat V1 is now available! With a manually adjustable dust guard, simple driveline, bearings throughout, and an integrated slipper clutch, this simple design is able to handle light dustings of snow, and can easily clear walkways of dirt and small stones! This thing is the first of its kind, there isn't anything else like it that is 3D printed!
Designed specifically for my Snowcat V1, this bolts right up; No modifications required! Just slide the attachment on, screw in the two screws, plug in the motor, and you're good to go!

I have been extensively modifying and re-designing parts for more RPM and function and am very excited to get these versions out! Upgrades in these upcoming versions will include a belt cover, mini caster wheels, broom rotation control, remote snow throw adjustment, light mounts, and better spaced/supported components for more brush speed!
For a V2.5/3, I would like whole different brushes altogether. These are unable to handle super high rpm. Expect this updates and more before the end of this year, dependent on being able to source new brushes!

V1: Includes the main Powerbroom assembly (all parts, static mounts and a blank mount for your own vehicle), and basic skidshoes with 3 options (for snow). I have designed mini caster wheels with bearings, that can be purchased separately for use on the Powerbroom V1 in the non-snowy seasons, and on future attachments. These files will be included in V2!

V1.5: Includes the main Powerbroom assembly (all parts, static mounts, and a blank mount for your own vehicle), basic skidshoes with options (for snow), an angle rotation bracket that allows you to move the Powerbroom left and right, and an updated driven adapter with more clearance to address "possible" friction issues. I have designed mini caster wheels with bearings, that can be purchased separately for use on the Powerbroom V1 and V1.5 in the non-snowy seasons, and on future attachments. These files will be included in V2!
V2: Includes the main Powerbroom assembly and all parts, completely re-designed with better motor CG and adjustable dust guards, static mounts and a blank mount for your own vehicle, basic skidshoes with options (for snow), mini caster wheels on separate brackets that can be changed with ease, an angle rotation bracket that allows you to move the Powerbroom left and right, an updated driven adapter with more clearance to address "possible" friction issues, fully adjustable dust guard pitch via. mini servo, light mounts, and 2 different belt/driveline cover options!
V2.5/V3: Includes everything in version 2, plus possible brush re-design! Stay tuned for updates, share your builds, and suggest improvements in the comments!
