Description for the song

This age-old Saraswati Vandana was written and composed by Late Guru Uday Bhashan Bhattacharya of Khandarvani Dhrupad Gharana. I learned this song from his brother late Guru Shailen Bhattacharya in my father Guru Late Mukulesh Chattopadhyay's Music Academy, Gitabani. On the thought of opening my youtube channel, I chose this song without having any other option in my mind. It's my sincere gratitude to all my Gurus. This Saraswati Vandana is based on Raga Mishra Desh and Teora Tala. I have composed and designed the sargam interludes and arranged the song as simple as the Vandana itself is.
