I apologize in the advance for how crude the video is along with it's instructions.
This video will outline how to install Oregon Trail 3 on your computer if it is running a x64 version of Windows. I cannot attest to the reliability of this method or how stable it will be when playing it.
These are the 3 pieces of software it's recommended you use (that were used in the video) to successfully pull this off:

As for the game itself, it can be found on any Abandonware website...provided they have it. As for legal reasons, I *my*self cannot actively link or tell you where you can find such a website, but who's to say this sentence didn't contain a hint. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
