I need to load material into a compost spreader, wheelbarrow, garden cart or other container but they are a maximum of about 40 inches wide while the bucket on a sub-compact tractor is about 53 inches wide. That means either a lot of manual work loading from bucket to container or a big mess of spillover on the sides.
I did a lot of searching and finally came up with a basic solution that lets me put a universal mini skid steer bucket on my John Deere 1025R and it turned out to be inexpensive to connect an Eterra adapter to a pallet fork frame.
