Milking 490 cows through a 32-aside herringbone shed with in-shed feeding, the farm consistently produces 200,000 KgMS and is part of a larger family-owned operation comprising of four dairy farms. The owners are deeply committed to sustainability, animal welfare, and creating a positive work environment—and they’re looking for the right Farm Manager to join them on that journey.

About the role:
You’ll be leading a capable team of two full-time staff and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the farm. Success in this role will come from strong pasture and animal management, sound decision-making, and the ability to motivate and guide others. This is a great opportunity for someone who has established leadership skills to take ownership of the farming operation on Hi View Farm.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years of experience in a dairy management role
Demonstrates excellent animal health and pasture management skills
Leads with integrity, confidence, and clear communication
Thrives on achieving operational and production results
Is hard-working, honest, and enjoys working as part of a team
