Mr. Luis P. Gamboa of Brgy. Sabang, Ibaan, Batangas, is a respected farmer-leader and proprietor of Gamboa’s Agri-Products, an enterprise specializing in organic rice production. Through the Voluntary Land Transfer (VLT) program, he acquired farmland that now sustains both family and commercial operation rooted in sustainable agriculture.
Recognized by the local government for his unwavering advocacy in climate-smart agriculture, he serves as Chairman of the Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee (BARC) and is a sought-after resource speaker in trainings on organic farming. His contributions extend beyond the field—having served as a Barangay Councilor, he continues to champion community services development and ecological protection.
